I am over 18Amin’s Butcher and Grill is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our Springwood crew!

Essential Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team under pressure
Availability to work evenings, one weekend day, and public holidays as required
Hands-on, proactive approach with attention to detail
Well-presented with a professional and friendly attitude
Competency in basic POS systems and daily cash handling
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures
Barista skills or previous café experience
Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
REQUIRED
